Andrew Weigand
Andrew Weigand is a graduate of the University of Arizona, where he received a BS in civil engineering and a MS in structural engineering. Andrew started his career in the construction industry and has held various positions within the industry, including engineering, estimating and project management. After several years working across the US with one of the world’s largest engineering, procurement and construction companies, Andrew and his wife Danielle decided to return to Missoula, Montana to plant their roots.
Andrew’s passion for real estate stems from his involvement with the recent development of the West Pointe subdivision and Circle H Ranch in Missoula, Montana. It was through these projects, that Andrew has built a deeper understanding about new construction projects in his direct interaction with home buyers, an experience which he has fully come to embrace. This, along with the recent purchase and renovation of his own home in Missoula has given Andrew particular insight into the Missoula community and its shifting needs and standards.
In his free time, Andrew enjoys spending time outdoors with the company of his wife and new puppy. He regularly participates in outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, backpacking, rafting and a variety of other water-sports. When he isn’t enjoying Montana’s playground, he can be found updating his new house, and setting sights on the network of Missoula’s trails.
